How do I burn stomach fat fast?

I know you can’t spot condition a muscle, you lose weight how your body wants you to lose weight but I am hoping there is some kind of over the counter drug or some kind of foods I can eat in excess to lose fat around my midsection. I am graduating soon and would love to target the weight/fat in my mid section. I am really needing to lose weight fast. and unfortunately most of it is located right in the middle.

Yes food types is your answer, please don’t buy products designed to make money for others.

Food choices are important because certain foods clog the liver and reduce its fat burning afunction, while other foods cleanse it and increase fat burning function. The liver cleansing diet lasts for 8 weeks but the principles of the diet can be adhered to for life. This diet allows you to eat well but just has some restrictions.

It requires that you eliminate red meat, animal fats, dairy, all processed food and anything containing additives. Replace that with fresh fish/seafood (not fried), some lean chicken, lots of vegetables (raw is better), salads and fruit, wholemeal bread, pasta and rice. Drink lots of water and if you can make a fresh raw vegie juice each morning then the process will speed up.

I do this myself every year to shed excess kilos and usually lose around 1kg a week. It works if you don’t cheat of course. Because I do this every year now my excess only ever amounts to 2-3kg per year which is easy to take off. Read the articles below that offer a better explanation, tips and an example diet plan. Hello there, thanks for stopping by to reading my question. I’ve been wondering, since it’s summer vacation, how to lose my side and stomach fat in a two week period? I am looking for, at the very least, getting a 4 pack by the end of the summer.

I have much free time to spare, and there is a park across the street. I had a 40 minute jog, and wondering, if I eat somewhat less while keeping up the jogs everyday for the next two weeks, will I lose some Stomach fat? If not, any suggestions?

I think that you can see a big difference in your stomach fat within 2 weeks if you cut out bread, pastas, sugary cereals, and sodas/iced teas. Keep up your fiber intake with fruits and veggies, and focus on drinking lots of water and doing those jogs. It’s also a good idea to fill up on soups and other lower-calorie foods - adding foods filled with water can help reduce the overall calories you’re taking in.

Also, try strength training, too. A full body workout that incorporates squats, lunges, and pullups will strengthen your core (stomach/back area) as well as your upper and lower body.

Getting bitten by a werewolf is the most common method. Under the modern ‘viral theory’ you could also get injected with blood from a werewolf.

Get plenty of rest and sleep. Sleep and other lifestyle patterns can help or hinder the rate at which we metabolize foods. An active lifestyle should lead eventually to being able to exercise to exhaustion; this in turn should keep your metabolism quick and your fat content low. By extending oneself to ones limits you fully utilize the lungs, heart, and muscles and burn fat most efficiently.

Be strong mentally. Try not to be obsessed by your weight. Everyone has a bad day. Do not punish yourself. Try to lose any guilt feelings towards the mistakes you have done. Instead, just move on, start again and enjoy life as it comes.
