i have like 3 inches of inner thigh fat and is is gross. if i eat healthy,drink lots of water, and do 10 miles on an elliptical 4 times a week will i burn inner thigh fat fast?

I don’t know exactly, but I would guess that, even though you would burn fat, your muscle gain would overcompensate and your thighs would appear larger than they are now. Look online for some slimming exercises and don’t over-do it. Wall-sits are a great way to tone thigh muscles as well.

I’m looking to increase my weight as much as possible over the next year because being so skinny (I have the usain bolt of metabolisms) is knocking my confidence. I lost weight about two years ago because I hardly ate anything and didn’t exercise etc, and now I’m so skinny and ‘gaunt’ looking that I look like I’m anorexic or something.

I’m 21, I weigh about 130lbs and I’m eating between 3500 - 4000 calories a day (about 1000 of that is milk). I don’t really want to use the gym, but I have some dumbbells and could do crunches / situps etc.

I think over the last 4 / 5 weeks I’ve gained a few lbs, not much. Though I’ve only upped my calories to +3500 in the last few days.

Any advice for me to gain as much weight as possible (I don’t have unrealistic aims though) whilst not getting a fat belly? (Being small and thin with belly fat would make me look like an Ethiopian child…)

This is absolutely false. For one human fat is fairly useless cosmetically, second of all animal fats are generally not used in cosmetics as they pose a health risk, and go rancid easily, third of all hydrogenated coconut oil is the same in many ways and would be much much cheaper, fourth of all cosmetics are generally very regulated by the FDA, every batch is tested, and all the ingredients have to be known.

So, no, this is definitely a hoax, no company would ever have a reason to do this. As well the police chief mentioned in the article is not an actual government official, as no other source mentions him, and I went through several pages about Peruvian government.

i just need to lose 7 lbs of fat= 3.1KG. ? i walk then run 1 hr for 3 days a week plus a soccer class for 1 hr where i get so exhausted.. i really cant see any difference exept the scales!! i want to lose inches!! like my thighs and inner thighs and hips and calve fat

wait for it. sometimes visible changes take a while. you are doing your exercises, you are being active.

i suggest the following: cut back on sugar (colas, fizzy drinks) chocolate etc, and eat less during dinner give your body time to use the stored fats. try incorporation aerobic exercise in your week to trim whatever needs trimming. vary your exercise.

I’m the wealthiest kid on my street and this kid down the road called me fat. I said he couldn’t afford food because his dad is a sandpaper salesman. Things escalated, and to make a long and convoluted story shorter than his three-inch penis, I ran him over with my golf cart.

get a jump rope. it’s cheap, and a really underrated cardio workout. start out with 15 minutes your first time, then gradually move up each workout. start out three times the first week, mon, wed, friday. Then Monday, wednesday, friday, sunday. Then try and throw a some consecutive days in if you can.
