how can i burn fat and lose weight fast!?

i already run 3 miles a day and i swim everyday. i eat well most of the time. but i gotta burn off fat fast! help me!
ok people i can’t workout htroughtout the day. im in school til 3 and then i dnt get home til 7.

crunches. id really know if they work but they do for me. at my school we do push ups and crunches for fun. idk y. and swimming. you can work ur musles.

7am oatmeal, 9am quaker chewy, 12pm chicken ,potatoe, apples, milk, 3pm protein shake and apple, 6pm chicken or fish, 9pm apple. My goal is to bulk up on muscle and lose body fat at the same time I already have my exercising plan down, I just wanna know if my diet is good.

This is a very good diet to start with.
You’re getting a decent amount of protein, which is needed if you want to bulk up.
You’re also eating every 2-3 hours, which is good to keep your metabolism working to help you lose body fat.

The only concern I have is that you’re still not getting enough protein to really allow you to build muscle adequately. I’d suggest adding 1 more protein shake to your diet at some point throughout the day.
Ideally, try to have one about 30-45 mins before your workout, and then another one immediately after your workout. Giving your body the protein it needs at the right times is very helpful in making your muscles grow.

Burn My Fat Tummy - the One Tip That Does it All

I don’t know about you but when I move fast and can feel the midriff jiggle, I know itâ??s diet time. Here’s a trick to burn that fat tummy quickly, at least fast enough for you to feel that getting into those skinny pants is not too much out of the question.

Staying on a diet can really be challenging sometimes. When I manage to do it though,  I try to break down all the steps I took and situations I experienced so I can keep up the weight loss.

This sounds like a lot of work to all my slim workmates but I realized that when I have a small victory, they all add up over time.

Here’s an example.

Youâ??re out with friends and experiencing a very fine dinner and as one of the wait staff starts clearing the dishes and politely asks if anyone would like desert. Everyone starts looking around the table to see which one is going to give in first and order the calorie laden rich desert.

Well it won’t be me when I’ve a little victory that morning on the weight in scale. Where I got excited and gave myself the high five because I just knocked off a couple of pounds from my new diet and workout program.

To me this is a very big deal and I savor every precious moment because I know I’m one step closer to my fat loss goal.

So when I say quietly to myself, â??burn fat tummy” it’s reinforced by the little victory I just had and you know what? It just gets stronger and stronger every day to the point that I realize there is something to saying my magic little words to myself.

Even if I have to fake it in the beginning. Because after awhile I won’t be faking it, and the fat just keeps coming off quickly. At least fast enough for me to feel proud of myself.

My next silent words to myself will be “keep flat tummy” repeated over and over to the point that my fat loss diet will be a thing of the past.

Im 15 and i would like to burn fat fast? anyone got any good ideas???

interval training maybe. e.g. 5 minutes of high energy cardio followed by 5 minutes of yoga or pilates etc. Running, swimming and cycling are great fat burners too.

okay, so almost all my life my dad was around the 200’s (pounds). but just recently he started to gain some weight. now he weighs 219, i watched how many calories he ate, every day he gains .24 pounds. i am worried that his eating will hurt him in the long run. i am also worried that i will be fat like him.
