Houston area obese murder Mayra Rosales 2008 outcome? Too fat to arrest?
In April 2008 Mayra Rosales, a 1000 pound lady, was accused of killing a 2 year old in her house. No one knew what to do because she didn’t fit through the door of her house OR a cell or the courthouse. It was determined that it would cost $5000 per day to have her under arrest. I can’t find ANYTHING past 2008…. what happened?

Ok, in March they brought back a charge but is she still in her house? Is she arrest proof?

Mother charged with capital murder in tot’s death

— EDINBURG, Texas (AP) — A grand jury has indicted the 22-year-old mother of a toddler killed in 2008 on capital murder and other charges two days after she returned from months on the run in Mexico.

Hidalgo County prosecutor Andrew Almaguer says Jamie Lee Rosales is charged with capital murder, two counts of injury to a child and jumping bail.

In March 2009, prosecutors charged her sister, Mayra Rosales with capital murder for allegedly killing her 2 1/2-year old nephew, Eliseo Gonzalez Jr., with two blows to the head. According to court records, Mayra Rosales weighed about 800 pounds at the time of the death.

Jamie Lee Rosales was originally charged with injury to a child for leaving the boy with his bedridden aunt. The younger sister remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before a judge Monday.

Why are people against the death penalty?

Why are so many people not willing that a man who commits war crimes face death. If our Beloved country God-forbid, was ever attacked, was in ruins, and the American patriots were fighting for what was left of our country. And you saw those American patriots being executed after surrender and your family was taken away, your mother and sisters raped, father and brothers killed, would you not want the man responsible to pay with his life? I know it’s hard to say because we are spoiled fat in this country, we haven’t had the effects and destruction of war in this country, thank God. But would you, after seeing that man ruin your family, give that murder a second chance. Or would you respect your family and see that man dead ? Just something to think about….
I just want everyone to think about that… I know many people whould rather that man rot in prison, however seeing millions die because of one sick mans desire to "take over" might change your mind, but then again we never experienced that.

Fear of death is the only even partially effective deterrent. Americans have grown soft, and out of touch with reality. That’s why we have the highest incarceration rate per capita in the would, with an 85% recidivism rate! That means that 6 out of 7 people released from prison didn’t learn squat, and are going to do IT AGAIN, and maybe to you!!! To be such a smart people, sometimes we sure are dumb!!
