Best way to burn fat fast?

What is a good way to burn fat quickly (mainly around the stomach area) and tone your stomach. Also what are good excersizes for a nice toned butt?

I would recommend you eat alot of vegetable whole grains and low fat meat fish and chicken. as far as toning your stomach just crunches and oblique workouts(just to let you know, ab workouts really dont burn that much fat, you can actuallly burn more fat in your stomach with back workouts than abs)..as for glutes, I recommend 3 set, 12 reps of each of squats, lunges, romanian dead lifts, mule kick, inner and outer thigh, leg extensions and step ups help. I also recommend vary workouts from time to time. Don’t forget to also workout your back, chest, arms, shoulders legs. .another helper is cardio like bike, eliptical, treadmill or swimming(swimming is good for the core btw)

    Diet and exercise, no more no less. You cant spot reduce as it is always been said and its true. Try running or walking and eat sensibly.
