How can you burn fat really fast?
Date Posted: April 1st, 2010 Posted Under: burn fat fastokay so i need to burn as much fat/ lose as much weight as possible in 2 weeks. what are some good excersices or diet plans that can work fast enough to do this?
Perhaps you could eat a lot of negative calorie foods that burn more calories than they contain.

In order to lose a pound a week you will have to cut or burn an extra 500 calories a day [3500 cal = 1 lb]. In addition to eating less and eating more healthfully, you can do intense cardios or HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. After warming up for about 5 or 10 minutes, sprint for 30 seconds then recover by walking or light jogging for about 2 minutes, then repeat for about 8 times, then cool down. You should also incorporate strength training to build more muscles which burn fat even at rest.

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to lose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

cardio is the best way to burn fat.. running is one of the option, swimming if you can.
simple rules to follow
- run 30 min or 3 to 4 miles a day.
- eat 500 less than your calories limit. you should check out what is your daily intake for calories.
- break into five small meals
- avoid soft drinks, fats, fried foods.
- drink plain water.
- no food after 9 pm
