How to Lose 4 lbs of Fat in 4 Weeks - Fat Loss Workout Program - week 4 Instructions

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds with 15 seconds break in between sets. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Followed the instructions for upper body and lower body and core.

Perform 3x per week.

Upper Body:

- Ball Pushup (One foot elevated)
- Standing DB Bent over Row
- Standing Shoulder Press
- Chin Up

Lower Body:

-One Arm Squat and Press
-Bulgarian Squat (with dumbbell)
-Forward Dumbbell Lunges
-One Leg Hamstring Curl

Core:

-Hip Raise
-Plank Push
-Standard Plank

    the body doesnt burn fat where YOU want it to. It cant just burn fat in one place, it burns it in the whole body, so you can’t lose fat on your waist or on your butt or on your eyes or whatever… you reduce fat everywhere.

    Honestly if you jog/walk/run for 30 minutes to an hour a day, you’ll lose more than 4lbs in 4 weeks. Unless of course you’re in great physical condition as the man in the video.

    Another Tip: The more muscle you have, the more fat you’ll burn.

    Unless both of your parents are tall (5′11 or taller) i’d say you have nothing to fear. Plus you’re still growing, I think when I was 13 I was maybe… 5′4? Granted I didnt work out but I did play baseball and football year round, right now im almost 20 and im pushing 5′10 im about the same height as my dad and my mom is small… most of my family is around 5′8-5′10 (aunts, uncles, cousins, ect)
