What are some exercises that burn fat fast?

I have been trying a lot of exercises, but I just can't keep doing one!! What are some excercises that I can do to lose weight fast, foods I can eat, and the rest of it..? Help!

The whole secret is doing exercises you like to do. I walk for at least an hour in places that are scenic and peaceful. I might even wear ankle weights. It doesn't have to be hard exercise, it just has to be consistent each day. When it comes to food, this is just as easy…. avoid manufactured, refined foods, and stick with raw natural foods.
