I can attest that …
I can attest that it IS possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Lift heavy weights every other day, and do cardio on your off day while maintaining a slight 500 calorie deficit.

Your body usually …
Your body usually burns the calories you consume, if it has already burned the food, then it burns fat, then muscle. If you are a person with very little to no body fat, then that could be true once your body runs out of food energy.

There is no …
There is no specific exercise. Time to start watching what you eat, do cardio 3-4 times a week and this will take care of it. It’s just extra fat located on the chest.

You’ll lose …
You’ll lose additional fat as the run will elevate your BMR for many hours afterwards. Aerobics like easy runs and walks will also get your bodies appetite mechanism under control. You’ll probably eat cleaner and a bit less because of it. The more you get in shape, you find that you’ll add more time to your run. Even an extra 5 minutes means something. I generally WALK for an hour 4 times a week. That’s about 1200 calories burned walking per week. Walking adds up and leans you out big time.

You’re getting …
You’re getting bigger because you’re putting on muscle. You’re probably getting bigger in the right way, that is, not bigger in terms of bodyfat. 15 minutes of running is not enough to strip muscle away. Runs will also add a bit of muscle to your hamstrings, calves, and feet. 15 minutes of running will burn about 100 calories or bit more. That will add up over time as long as your diet stays about the same. Do that for a few months and you’ll lose a 3-4 pounds of fat from the exercise alone.

After 30 min of …
After 30 min of jogging fat starts to burn. 15 min does not burn any fat. You only sweat body fluids. Run over hour at time. Maybe 10 kilometers.

its cause your not doing your cardio correctley. when your run for 30 or 45 minutes it doesent improve your metabolism. the best way of exercising is interval training. ex. sprint for a minute, walk for a minute. do this for 15 to 20 minutes.
