Guys Or Girls! How To Lose Stomach Fat In Two Weeks?
Date Posted: July 30th, 2009 Posted Under: how to lose fatHello there, thanks for stopping by to reading my question. I’ve been wondering, since it’s summer vacation, how to lose my side and stomach fat in a two week period? I am looking for, at the very least, getting a 4 pack by the end of the summer.
I have much free time to spare, and there is a park across the street. I had a 40 minute jog, and wondering, if I eat somewhat less while keeping up the jogs everyday for the next two weeks, will I lose some Stomach fat? If not, any suggestions?
I think that you can see a big difference in your stomach fat within 2 weeks if you cut out bread, pastas, sugary cereals, and sodas/iced teas. Keep up your fiber intake with fruits and veggies, and focus on drinking lots of water and doing those jogs. It’s also a good idea to fill up on soups and other lower-calorie foods - adding foods filled with water can help reduce the overall calories you’re taking in.
Also, try strength training, too. A full body workout that incorporates squats, lunges, and pullups will strengthen your core (stomach/back area) as well as your upper and lower body.

well the main things you should do are eat meals with low grams of fat like chicken breast or fish has almost no fat & has a good amount of protein and veggies have fiber that fill you up so you dont have to eat as much and have hardly any calories and drink id say at "least" 1.5L to 2L water cause it cleans your system and re hydrates you, also you can add lemon juice to your water i herd it helps "clean your liver and such" and it tastes good to me. CARDIO everyday or everytwo days which ever is a really good fat burner especially if you do intervals like jogging for 2 minutes and walking for 1 minute then jogging for another 2 minutes for at least 30 minutes or more so your not doing the same thing for the whole run. crunches will help strengthen your core and will help burn fat "but" it wont be burning fat in that section specifically because when you workout your body burns fat through out your entire body and not in one section so "cardio" "lowfat meals with veggies or some sort of reasonable amount of the green stuffs". i hope i helped!
