How can i lose all over body fat?

Date Posted: November 19th, 2009 Posted Under: how to lose fat

i just need to lose 7 lbs of fat= 3.1KG. ? i walk then run 1 hr for 3 days a week plus a soccer class for 1 hr where i get so exhausted.. i really cant see any difference exept the scales!! i want to lose inches!! like my thighs and inner thighs and hips and calve fat

wait for it. sometimes visible changes take a while. you are doing your exercises, you are being active.

i suggest the following: cut back on sugar (colas, fizzy drinks) chocolate etc, and eat less during dinner give your body time to use the stored fats. try incorporation aerobic exercise in your week to trim whatever needs trimming. vary your exercise.

you are so lucky to see changes in your weight. good luck.

Swim swim swim and then swim some more. when you really tired then take a break and then swim some more and more and more.

you have to lift weights and use weight machines if u want muscle tone, ur just doing cardio and the only place that’s gonna show is on the scales. gl! soccer should help ur legs though, idk why its not.

A healthy diet is also important. Balance this with a regular workout (which it sounds like you already are doing) and you should be at your ideal weight in no time.

    Good luck!

Lower your calorie intake and try to stay active. If you keep busy all day long, you will not even think about food until your really hungry.

Limit your fat intake (especially saturated fats), and sugar. No fried foods either. Drink plenty of water too.

Also do some strength training. Keep in mind though you can’t spot reduce.

I know its winter right now, but swimming is one of the best overall body workouts! If you can find an indoor heated pool this would be a great start.

In addition to what u ar already doing, drink a glass of water with lemon juice(natural) first thing every morn, then stop night meals completely. try to eat your last meal before 6pm. it helps a great deal.

you need to incorporate a weight-lifitng exercise and also your diet is probably the largest contributing factor to the weight gain and/or loss

It sounds like you have water retention problems and are storing extra weight where it is not required.

The most important aspect of a DIET is to understand the real purpose of FOOD - and that you consciously eat for health, rather than to please the taste buds.

Exercise is good, but frequent, direct and heavy massage of the affected areas will help stimulate circulation, which shall help the blood remove toxins.

Keep your DIET as clean as possible, with as few refined foods, sodas, etc as you can.

We put on weight as a form of ’seduction’ slowly falling asleep and are not really fully aware of what is happening and shedding the weight is more ‘difficult’ becasue it requires you to awaken from the slumber that seduced you into putting weight on in the first place and on staying awake.
