How to Lose 4 lbs of Belly Fat in 4 Weeks - Fat Loss Workout Program - week 2
Instructions

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 30 seconds break in between sets. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Perform 3x per week.

Lunges (30 seconds each leg, not rest between legs)
Grasshoppers
High Knee Jog (in place)
Narrow Grip Bodyweight Rows
Squat Jumps
Plank
Mountain Jumpers

    Buy some rope and head down to a park with a playground and tie it on the pull-up bars they always have around there for the little kids. Or, you could do what I do. Find something comfortable to hang on. Grab it and start working out. Pulling your legs up and such.

    Do 1 hour of ab exercises every 3 days. Make sure you’re feeling the burn. If you’re not then make sure you’re using the right techniques and apply yourself more.

    You guys want to lose weight. Do one hour of swimming a day and limit your eating. A little bit of fish and salad for dinner and such. Light breakfast and light sandwich for lunch. If you can also do something that getting you sweating like jogging or walking a good distance do it about every 2-3 days. And take steps to burn more calories. Park a bit her, take the stairs, etc. You lose some fat with these tips.
