Why do people not speak out at some of the wrongs in this world if you think muggings murders drugs fat cats?

The papers are full of celebrities who do not Care what people think of their lifestyles, let them know they are not showing their fans theright image, after all they are just working people who were lucky, not Gods…
Neither the papers or TV care. It’s sensationalism that sells and makes them money. Even the broadsheets are either too left or right wing. The press are in financial difficulties. This I know for a fact, as my son left the industry 2 yrs ago, and there are redundancies and closures coming this year in East London (Westferry Printers - decided long before the credit crunch). The police are overburdened with all the crime and cannot cope and the nanny state is too busy guarding the criminal’s "Human Rights" and their policies on illigal immigrants are downright stupid. I don’t think it will be any different under a new government, for all their fancy words, things are too far out of hand and the country is basically skint, and the fat cats in Industry, Councils and Politicians will always find a way to cream off the most.

People DO speak out about these things.
You can’t criticize celebrity’s, or make claims about how they feel, since you don’t know them. Many celebrities do speak out about these issues, and many celebrities have done more to change the world than you ever will.
And if you buy a gossip magazine, or the tabloids, then you will see lots of information about celebrities.
If you buy a proper newspaper, you will read about international,national or local issues. You can’t criticize "the papers" as a whole on not covering important issues, since there’s a massive variety of papers to choose from.
